The new S.C. Internacional kit designs for the 2013 season are inspired by the Rio Grande do Sul flag and mischievous club mascot Saci (a one-legged boy with a red cap prominent in Brasilian folklore).

American Apparel has completed refinancing of its secured debt. The dancing staples retailer has recently closed a private offering of the 206 million dollars of its 13 percent senior secured notes due in 2020.
