Okamoto has applied for patent protection for a tubular knitted fabric for clothing and legwear. The invention relates to a knitted fabric with a plurality of stitches knitted to obtain desired patterns by a circular machine. The sinkers have facilities to control horizontal sinker movement between reciprocating needles of the machine to knit stitches of a plurality of sizes in the same course. The plurality of sizes include a first stitch and second stitch which is smaller than the first.
